Avali Cleaning Bot for Purchasable Pets

Saw that there weren't any mods for this, thought that was a shame.
The bot is the default pet for the avali, but with Purchasable Pets, there's no way to get it.
Fixed that, and made the charging dock (themed foodbowl) obtainable.

What this does:
Adds an object that spawns in the cleaning bot pet from the Avali race mod.
This object (avaliCleaningBotSpawner) can be bought from the Infinity Express at the Outpost.
Also adds the avalipetchargingstation to the Infinity Express.

Requires the Avali (Triage) Race mod and Purchasable Pets.
