Uncapped Federation Fleet

描述
Do you enjoy having a large federation?
Do you hate that Federation fleet is capped at 600 naval cap, but federation taxes to support it aren't?

Don't pay more for less! This mod simply adjusts the upper limit so that your federation can field as many ships as the member's actual fleet contribution allows. This was stated to be planned by the developers in DevDiary 166.

Disclaimer
The maximum limit for the number of ships in any one fleet for a federation hasn't been changed- by default the command limit is unlimited. I'm not responsible for you madlads putting 5,000 corvettes in one fleet.

**Technically the fed naval cap limit is 1,000,000. If you hit this I think you have other problems.

Compatibility
This mod only adjusts the file 02_fleet_contribution.txt.

Technically it would be standalone, but Paradox decided to make the relevant variables inside the file as opposed to globals, so the entire file has to be changed anyways. (Since every entry refers to those local variables.)

The cap limit works, but it makes my entire GUI disappear.

It is indeed. The cap is pointless in vanilla but here it's actually hilarious and becomes extremely fun to build mega-doom-stacks.

heyo, would it be possible to update this mod? I looked through the files and it still works, but there were some changes to the federation AI behavior that are reverted by this mod.
