Updated 4/18/20:
The metrocops probably use the hl2 stunstick in game which I didn't port since it's already in SFM, but they use the combine grunt stunstick in promo art. So I ended up porting that too, thanks JustAP

Features:
- No QC Eyes
- No flexes
- Fixed normals
- Cool flickering emissive skin
- Don't worry about the other skins
- Stunstick
- Psuedo PBR

Once again in my Olmate Ubafest Wisdom I have given some of the promo people broken materials

The decision would not be up to me.

If you are referring to the first one in the list, that one was made by SIOMO . You would ask them for their permission, tell them that I sent you if you decide to chase this up.
