Vienna Fever: Stadtbahn

This mod is the basic set of the Wiener Stadtbahn. It contains vehicles of the kkStb series kkStb Reihe 30, Bu/Cu/CDu, as well as Type N, N1, E6, T and T1. The set can be extended with some addons.

Opened in 1898, the Vienna City Railway quickly became a backbone for traffic on several main axes between the inner and outer districts of Vienna. Trains initially ran on the lines designed by Otto Wagner, which were initially hauled by steam locomotives, before the lines were electrified in the 1920s and the steam trains replaced by electric railcars. In the 1980s, most of the light rail network was transferred to the Vienna subway system. Since the end of the 1990s, low-floor railcars have been running on the U6 line, which were not converted to power supply by a conductor rail.

• kkStB 30 (1895 - 1923): The locomotives of the kkStB series 30 were designed in 1895 by the famous locomotive engineer Karl Gölsdorf especially for the Vienna Stadtbahn. They were light, agile, and for a passenger train locomotive also relatively strong. The last 30s ran on the lines of the Graz-Köflacher-Eisenbahn until 1967. kkStB 30.33 in black with straw-yellow trim lines.
  
• kkStB Bu/Cu/CDu (1896 - 1937): Teakwood carriages of the Vienna Stadtbahn in 2nd class, 3rd class and 3rd class with luggage compartment and toilet.
  
• Type N (1924 - 1932 / 1933 - 1953): This railcar was built for the Vienna Stadtbahn after its takeover by the City of Vienna. They were the first electric railcars of the Vienna Stadtbahn. Until the beginning of the 1930s, the vehicles were painted white in the window area. After that the window section was also painted red.
  
• Type N1/n2 (1954 - 1980 / ab 1954): Conversion carriages of the Vienna light rail system, new steel boxes were placed on used bogies. Work and auxiliary railcars in yellow.
  
• Type E6/c6 (1979 -1992 / 1993 - 2010): DÜWAG license replica type Mannheim for the Vienna light rail system. Also included in the version converted for the subway.
  
• Type T (from 1993): City railcar of the Wiener Linien from Bombardier.
  
• Type T1 (from 2004): City railcar of the Wiener Linien from Bombardier.
  
• Type T modernized (from 2017): City railcar of the Wiener Linien from Bombardier.

The vehicles of this package look better in combination with the adapted light rail overhead contact line. Therefore the use of Vienna Fever: Infrastructure is recommended!
