Maintaining of this port has ended
List of issues:

Minor shader issues (Can't be fixed)
Some door thing (Also can't be fixed)

Multiplayer works, mostly...
If you go to the office you and other players will be stuck in a black screen.
Also when in multiplayer, stay away from the isolation chamber, that can also mess things up.
But other than that, everything else is alright

it means Your Steam client is failing to download the addons
your files are not loading correctly

mine isn't in my game when I check my add-ons in game the add-on is red

I would need to decompile this .bsp into a .vmf and make major modifications, decompiling a .bsp can end up causing some issues like it failing to load solids in the map, which will basically remove a huge chunk of the map.

That'd be fine if there were a way to recover the solid(s) but I don't really do work in Hammer enough to know if there is or not or to make these modifications.
