The Exotic Trace Rifle, Divinity, from Destiny 2. Acquired from an exotic quest and the the Garden Of Salvation Raid.

Features from the game:
  • Reload, recoil, draw animations. Inspect Animation.
  • Remade Reticle/Particle effects
  • Fire and Reload Sounds
  • Sky/Perdition Ornament
  • Judgement Exotic Perk: Sustained damage with this weapon envelops the target in a field that weakens and stuns them, Targets under the effects of Judgment long enough are struck with a burst of damage.

I have the rays of any tracer rifle ricochet on the surface (do not cause damage), is this an effects bug?

Alright. I also got this error whilst launching a multiplayer game, if it helps:
