Protectorate Helmet spawns in your locker when you start a new char or its crafted at spinning wheel for some iron, fabric and glass

Doomguy's Helmet is basically Handy Space Helmet but I tried to make it better, recipe is the same as Protectorate Helmet

MONOCULUS! can be crafted at spinning wheel for 1 of those eye hats found in eyepatch biome and 5 core fragments

all the recipes are known by default and everything is crafted on spinning wheel or sewing machine

all the hats now: doomguy's helm, doom slayer's helm, xraiizy's helm(is gonna get a resprite because I no more like it), monoculus hat, cool safety helmet, visor&respirator, the protectorate helm because why isn't there one in vanilla and a wearable collar because yes
