Core Works FCU-PG

描述
Core Works Fluid Containment Unit with integrated Pump and Generator, in short FCU-PG, is CWs first development in the area of Fluid Containers, Pump Systems and mobile Power Generation. It features a main tank capacity of 47.633 liters, a three pump in- and out system and a generator that keeps the whole package running for up to 6 Hours and more.

Dimensions:
Height: 4 Meters; 3.25 Meters minus the framework
Width: 5.25 Meters; 4.25 Meters minus the framework
Length: 9 Meters; 9.25 Meters if you use an external electricity or water supply
Full weight: about 50tons

Features:
-2 separated pump systems with 20 Meters of hose each, connected to the main tank
the system has a combined pumping capacity of up to 5.000 liters per minute
-a Pump system with two fluid intakes to fill the main tank, even while pumping out of it
-a tank with 362 liters of fuel, that net you 6 hours of worktime for the integrated generator
-a battery with enough capacity to fill and empty the main tank once
-a sturdy framework that protects the main tank from accidental ramming and rough terrain

Manual:
1. Flip the main power switch at the front, near the radiator
2. Use the preferred side of the pump system and start up the generator labeled "engine" and adjust the throttle,
about 30% throttle are enough to generate as much as you use
3. Now you can raise and lower the winch with the accordingly labeled buttons beneath it
and if the hose is properly connected you can now turn on the pump via the labeled button beneath the winch

You can jump from step 1 to 3 if the battery is fully charged.

Additional information
The FCU-PGs framework lends itself to be paired with a fitting trailer or perhaps be used with a hookloader, both concepts are currently under develepoment. There even is the idea to detach the container from the generator/pump assembly and offer them as seperate products.

If you use this in one of your creations, give me a shoutout, i'd love to see what you did with it!
