Hitachi IET Class 802 - Transpennine Express 'Nova 1'

Following on from the Intercity Express programme, Transpennine Express ordered 19 5 coach class 802 trains as part of their 'Nova' fleet, a programme to introduce higher capacity and faster trains across the Transpennine Route. The 802 forms the 'Nova 1', intended to operate the core of the transpennine network, linking Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, and Edinburgh.

This pack contains class 802 trains in 5 coach formation in Transpennine Express livery. An additional 4 coach formation is also provided to be compatible with standard length stations. Turn on/off whichever you please in the content manager.

This train has a real life top speed of 225 kph (140 mph, with in cab signalling) and is thus deemed a high speed train with an in game top speed of 200 kph (IPT2 train speed setting of 32).
