Larger and weightless Resource Tanks and Barrel

This combines into one, two of my previous mods for weightless larger and faster resource tanks and barrel.

Huge resource tank holds 60000
Large resource tank holds 14500
Resource barrel holds 500

Included re-worked scripts for resource barrels to have 500 contents in supply drop instead of 130.

Poptent added to Starting Equipment supply drop.

Also, two scenarios on the Moon, to test triggers for ending the game and initiating a supply drop of 4 containers.

Works with Main and Test branch of the game.
