Fixed planet model descriptions

"Venus, neighbour to Earth and almost a big but lifeless due to extreme conditions."
A big what? We will never know...

This mod fixes some of the errors in the planet model descriptions so you don't have to stare at this mess anymore.
I had to improvise with some of them, (like the one seen above) but it turned out nicely... I think.
