Random Malfunction System Example/Template Setup

This is an example/template for the Random Malfunction System (R.M.S) used in the popular Large Bulk Carrier with Random Malfunction System. 5 easy to analyse examples featuring a new microcontroller to streamline/simplify the installation of a R.M.S in a creation.
All elements used specifically for the R.M.S are painted pink.

Feel free to implement a Random Malfunction System in your creations, as long as you credit me for the microcontrollers (if you use them). Please also credit me if you used this creation as an example/template, but I can't check if you used this creation or if you developed a R.M.S by yourself.

Examples: (From left to right.)

1. Simple On/Off: The most simple example, an on/off-signal is toggled and e.g. a leak is opened. No fixing condition is required.
   
2. Failing Electrical Circuit: As long as the malfunction is off, an electrical relay between the the electrical circuit in question and it's breaker is closed. During a malfunction, the relay is opened and an indicator lights up.
   A fixing condition is required in that the circuit's breaker has to be turned off. This is checked by a to the player inaccessible, (by default) activated button and a NOT-gate which is electrically connected between the breaker and the relay.
   
3. Failing Engine Cooling: The malfunction closes a valve between the engine and it's radiator causing it to overheat.
   A fixing condition is required in that the engine's ignition key has to be off and the engine's RPS has to be lower than 3.
   
4. Failing Sensor: As long as the malfunction is off, the sensor's output is constantly saved to a memory register. The memorie's saved value is displayed on the dial. During a malfunction, the sensor's value is no longer saved to the memory. No fixing condition required.
   
5. Fires (Mission Integration): The pulse sent by the Random Event Picker presses a push button inaccessible to the player. This button is linked to a mission's vehicle-button which will light a fire. The fire will spread to nearby fire-entities. If the fires are not extinguished and the temperature-sensor next to the final fire reaches 400°C, e.g. a permanent leak is opened.
