Factory doesn't have connection to electrified road, in order to use theese you require external cargo building that allows trolley vehicles to pass. This beeing at the moment the "Small Cargo Station-2way" mod

The vehicle is called like that in the vanilla game, and since it's just a modification, i'll be call it after it's vanilla version.
