Sadly I can't take the mod unless I'm certain it's not going to be updated. Even then, this mod has an assembly and I'd have to check to make sure it works, too.

the mod Give Up Your Building puts the tool in its own tab, Z.T. Tool. This mod moves it to the Orders tab.
