One thing that I've noticed about the work shop is it is full of mods that remove the "I took an arrow to the knee" line from the guards dialog. Well here is a mod that does exactly the oppisite and makes them incapable of saying anything else.

this is pain. every time I walk into a fucking city all the guards just say "I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee." at first its like, oh okay I guess thats kinda funny. but later you just feel like you wanna commit suicide. overall ive killed every guard in every city and I have a major bounty on my head that I can't pay off. thanks mod, you ruined my amazing skyrim playthrough.
