"Sensible Flags" is a graphical mod with more than a thousand new flags and two main goals in mind:

1) Ensure historically accurate flags that still look pleasant.

2) Replace vanilla's nonsensical flags with options more fit to the 1936-1948 timeframe.

That said, feel free to propose flags you find around and think would be a cool (and accurate) addition!

Mod is "updated" - I haven't gone through the flag changes of the last 3 years, but at least the launcher won't throw a fit anymore.

Is this mod compatible with a Savegame converted from EU4-VIC3 to HOI4? the Vic3 to Hoi4 converter is not working properly and most nations in my samegame have a totally black flag.

bro, the point of this mod is to not make it ahistorical, vexillology is largely ahistorical lmao

could you make the british imperial federation's flag, *something* insted of the normal union flag, maybe look for something on r/vexillology or maybe intergrate this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1675282334 or this https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1671481244 . In general, seach for a couple minuted for a flag you like.
Further more, could you make or get flags for the Reichskommissariats, like https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2210291467 or make your own. And if possible, make or get Reichskommissariat flags for other puppeted countries like france, uk, russia, etc

The U.S. flag for divisions is a bit blurry and ends up looking like the ROC flag. I don't have any other mods installed other than yours. Everything else looks great tho, and runs perfectly

@steel I cannot add it without breaking compatibility with achievements.

Do note the black-gold-red flag is a REPUBLICAN/anti-monarchist flag - from both the 1848 and 1919 revolutions, then post-1945 again.

If you have a mod that restores a constitutional monarchy in Germany, keeping the imperial red-white-black flag is actually more historically accurate.

can you make the german democractic flag the german empire flag as a option? its because i subcribed to a mod that makes the kaiser the ruler of democractic germany as a constiutonal monarch and it hurts my eyes to see the black red and gold flag so please
