描述
使Wheeler更强
* 拥有150血而不是100血
* 闪避冷却时间从1.5秒降低到1秒
* 基础移速加成提升到10%（以前是5%）
* 有15格物品栏（以前是12格）
* 气枪喇叭造成50，75或100点伤害（以前造成34，45或60伤害）

可能不兼容其他Wheeler模组。

I would say this is op but we already have WX-78, and not starting with 100 100 100 stats Isnt a downside. when all it takes is a log suit to tank 4 rooks and be waay above every other character stats.
