January 2023: all the property's asphalt is pure black...it's a shame, it was the only small garage I could find on Steam. A 1.46 casualty? I'll wait for its been repaired, but until then I'm unsubscribing. With my thousand's of hours of 'playtime' & ten's of thousand's of garages over the year's, I've never seen anything like this...it's like driving in space

The ground outside and the floor inside don't load. It's just a dark black texture that loads

try using in 1.41 but find it doesn't load in the the floor texture, it jet black. But amazing work, love your garage mods
