Changes the look of the main UI.

Have you ever wondered why there is a better toolbar mod but no better... well everything else? With Better Toolbars they look so nice and the rest of the UI looks so out of place, this mod fixes that and changes all main UI elements to match the Better Toolbars mod. Note that this is still WIP and more will follow, possibly the entire UI will be overhauled.

Amazing mod combination, just gives the HUD more texture than vanilla! I don't think it works with the Avali manipulator mod which makes sense, kinda sucks but still better to have it than remove it.
