The Wario model can be found on Retro2Modern's DeviantArt page (archived by him. Do note that it does not include Wario's biker outfit as I tried them all and even he said that he never ported it. Technically Wario's biker outfit never was ported to Gmod as all the ports of the Wario models are based on his appearance in the Mario games and not his appearance in Smash [he has no 3D model in WarioWare since WarioWare is not in 3D]):
