Faster Replenishment (Base Rate x3 - extra 8% replenishment)

描述

Replenish your units and generals faster with this 8% replenishment boost.

Only base rate is boosted - other replenishment percentages are the same (bonuses for faction, characters, supplies and population).

Applies to player and AI.
