Less Fatigue | 减少疲劳

Fatigue overhaul:
tl;dr: units will not get tired as easily, will move faster and will fight better when fatigued.


Max fatigue increased by 25%
Very tired threshold pushed significantly (20k to 30k), other thresholds also pushed (by approx 20%)
Movement speeds when fatigued increased (0.75x movement speed at "exhausted" instead of 0.65x, other speeds changed accordingly)

Negative fatigue effects on combat slightly decreased (melee attack interval, melee defence, reload speeds)

Negative terrain effects for steep and very steep terrain slightly reduced

Applies to both the player and AI.
