@texman This item is marked as "Vehicle" so it is a creation that can be placed anywhere – You decide.
If you want them to spawn in your world you have to subscribe to the 3 part Supercharger Mission, which will contain 3 missions for Sawyer, Mainland and Arctic chargers. That mission can be found here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?l=latam&id=1927797229&searchtext=superchargers

im not building a tesla but an electric vehicle this is very nice for charging.
