yeah it adds refurbshed stuff like scorched city crates but not rusted to a vending machine

do /spawnitem plut_city_vend

have fun with the new signs and stuff i added

bug fix #1: fixed a duplicate item in the vending machine, removed testing blocks from vendor, and added utility and electrical boxes.
update #2: haha yes i added a gas pump, and more signs like a bus sign and monster sign

oh, sorry about that @USA. i was planning on doing that, but it's been a slight bit delayed. i will try to start work on that tomorrow and most likely upload it this week.
