Quietness brings stealth and while the Prius isn't fast, it's generally unlikely that you'll run into dangerous people while you're out patrolling on most days.

These vehicles feature genuine yellow strobes without the need for any mods or DLCs!

Use Service Vehicle Selector to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

All stats are the same as the default police car. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs. Use Emergency Lights Changer V2 to generate custom flare colors and lighting styles.

I don't think CIMTrans will get them since they have lightbars; however, the next one will!

Ah, these look great! I hope you will update CimTrans vehicles with working yellow lights. :)

There some existing road maintenance vehicles in workshop that already have that feature such as this one: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1385342558

For road maint vehicles the light flashes while they are doing maintenance, then turns off for the return journey back to depot.
