Basic Radar/Sonar System to LIDAR Adapter

My lua skills are still horrible. I created this adapter to specifically work with Sengir Vampire's lidar "Radar Controller". In theory this should work with other lidar controllers that take an external input to detect the lidars heading.

Connect the "Facing Yaw" output to your radar and the "Display Controller Output" to the "Rotation" input on Sengir's radar. On the radar connect "Target Distance" output to "Distance [m]" on Sengir's controller.

Fall all other instructions for Sengir's controller.

do i have to connect "Display Controller Output" because i want my radar to rotate....and could you add Traget Angel Signal strenght and a possibility to see it on the map

The small radar and sonar I did this with only has a 180 degree view to the front. Using a pivot and the lidar steps with the old radar controllers might give you what you're looking for.
