描述
• Passive
• +3 coins, +3 bombs, +3 keys, +3 soul hearts, and +32.5% Angel room chance
• You can no longer enter Devil rooms
• Repentance and multiplayer support

You can now destroy the statue that appears in Devil rooms, and doing so will spawn a Restraining Order in its place. The Restraining Order is an incentive to avoid Devil deals; it gives great rewards, but "bans" you from Devil rooms for the rest of the run. In other words, entering a Devil room immediately teleports you back to the previous room. The Restraining Order won't spawn - and will even despawn - if you take a Devil deal.

You can also use Mod Config Menu to change the number of coins/bombs/keys/soul hearts spawned by this item.

update on how this item works in repentance: it does not allow you to enter devil rooms generated by red key, but if there is an ultra secret room attached to that devil room, it will teleport you to the ultra secret room

nvm sorry, turns out my game just hates that mod and i have to have a very specific few mods on for it to work because one of the other mods is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with it just by being installed

This item can be detrimental due to what I assume is an oversight. It does not prevent Devil Rooms from spawning, but it doesn't allow the the player to enter them. It made it impossible to acess Angel Rooms for me when I got this item on 1st floor.

If you take any devil deal, the restraining order won't appear. And even if you blow up the statue then pick up a deal, the restraining order will disappear before you can pick it up.

love this idea but can you tell me if i read this correctly? if you take the first devil deal, and then blow up the statue, the restraining order won't appear?
