Doesn't matter.
But could you, or someone else PLEASE make a skin to go with this? Im using the Toxic skin ATM, but a futurasied yellow and black camo armored skin would look great.

There was a gun called the Storm Rifle in an early build of Unreal Tournament, which later went on to become the Shock Rifle. There was also a Storm Rifle in one of the Tribes games, although I'm not sure which one. Storm Rifle is a generic as shit name. Nobody would bother copyrighting it, and even if they tried it'd be overturned as easily as copyrighting "scrolls" or "punt."

So yeah, I think it's in the clear.

Just saying, a Sotrm rifle could be anything, it's not because a game uses that term they are the owner
