To start
Head to stairwell at back of deckhouse
Go all the way down
On the right of the engine is a control panel
Press ignition and you're off

To stop (recommended to shut of engine when stationary)
Head back to engine room
On the left side of the engine is a control panel
Set the main engine fuel valve to 0

To sink
While not designed to sink, if you leave the bow hatch open in rough waves, she can go down so make sure you batten the hatches
