Because, lets be honest, the vanilla one is kinda ugly. Totally not a rip off of the Half-Life 2 Stunbaton!

This texture tweak should work in MP as is client side, however I haven't tested it in MP. I changed the description of the item to a more generic one, because I feel the Minknog are not the only ones that have a riot police force. Also It has an upgraded Tier 6 sprite too, althougth is not that different (just a color change on the coils and the electric effect).
