The Gnome Launcher is for you.

Left-click to fire gnomes. Right-click to fire houses. Shift + right-click to detonate houses.

It can be spawned using /spawnitem gnomelauncher. You can also find blueprints rarely from smashing gnome houses, and then craft it at a sewing machine.
