Jet's Toggle Respirator Mod

描述
This mod is purely cosmetic and is mainly meant to work around the respirators sometimes not connecting correctly when not equipped via the arsenal.

I have updated this mod and added some additional functionality:
  • You can, same as before, connect and disconnect the hose for the respirators.
  • You can now also toggle the respirator filter on the APRs as long as there is no hose connected.
  • You can remove the hose should it stay on after taking off the respirator.

To toggle the respirator connection, simply open up the ACE self-interact menu, go to the equipment sub-menu and select "toggle respirator connection".
Make sure you have both an Arma 3 Contact DLC respirator and either the Combination Unit Respirator or the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus equipped.
To toggle the respirator filter, simply do the same as with the "toggle respirator connection" connection function, but choose "toggle respirator filter" instead.
Make sure you have one of the Arma 3 Contact DLC APRs equipped, the regulator facepiece cannot remove its filter.
As for the remove hose function, it will allow you to remove the hose should it stay on after taking off the respirator.

Keep in mind that this only works with the Contact DLC respirators and breathing apparatuses.

This addon is signed and now also includes a server key.

Yes, all condition check are client side and any effects like changing the mask or hose uses commands with global effect (like setObjectTextureGlobal) so they will still be able to see the effects even if they are not using the mod.

Wait so seeing this is Client-side does that mean if i wanted i can run this in my mods while hosting a private game and my friends wouldn't have to download if they didn't want it?

It would be not that much work, since I already wrote the function to check the conditions to display the option and the function to change the respirators, all you'd need to do is remove all ACE stuff from the config.cpp and run some addAction commands with the same functions and conditions during mission init.

I know this is late, but is there a way to do this without an ACE requirement? Just curious. How much more work would that take?
