No Independent Targeting Penalty

IMPORTANT - Turrets in Avorion 2.0 no longer have a damage penalty for automatic targeting, so this mod is obsolete past this update. If you're interested in a mod for 2.0 that lets you continue having all of your turrets independent, perhaps try this mod.

Simply removes the 50% damage penalty from independent targeting on turrets. (Currently does not alter the tooltip which includes " - lower damage")

Should not conflict with other mods that modify turret generation or turret factories. Thanks BBFz0r for your help with that. (One obvious exception is if they modify the independent targeting penalty, in which case the damage values will be higher/lower than intended)

Doesn't usually require updating. Last successfully tested in Avorion 1.3.6.
