More Challenges & More Fun!
- 20 new Nibelung Units for the Burgundians*1
- 6 additional Nibelung Buildings for the Burgundians*2
- the new Units and Buildings are properly fixed in the Techtrees
- and free of romance terms like levy and nobles (lol)
- more special abilities for Nibelung Units*3
- more difficult recruitment for some Nibelung Elite Units *4

Intention: I love the Burgundians and wanted to create a more interesting campaign. I hope that I managed to balance the new buildings and units well.

Tips:
- *1 some of the new units are replaced by stronger units, others can be used until the end
- *2 the new buildings are real alternatives with newly balanced advantages and disadvantages
- *3 the Nibelung units are not so heavy armoured but they have a lot of nice special abilities
- *4 in contrast to Vanilla you need for some Units not only the technological development but also the Building. For example for the "Nibelung Sword Fighters" you need a Steel Forge. You get all infos in the Technology Trees and in the Building Browser.
- the new buildings are real alternatives with newly balanced advantages and disadvantages
- in contrast to Vanila there are garrison reinforcements also from carpenters, blacksmiths and temples
- the "Hall of Swig" in the farm browser and the "Nibelung Harbour" are rather military
- the "Nibelung Riders" are a gift and little bit OP

This Mod needs the "Longbeards DLC" and "English Game Settings" for a proper display. I am working on a "Germanic Pagan Overhaul", so you can play the Saxons without any DLC with the same Buldings but different new Great Units, so follow my Steam Workshop!

Attention!
The rebuilding costs in the "City and Town Building Chains" are very high. These are set by the Total War System. I put in the correct values. It seems that it is the same effect when we have to change roman towns to barbarian. The costs also fall in the further course of the game. For the other new buildings everything is working fine!

Hello, good news, I found and fixed the bug. Every faction should be able to set up armies now.

I friend requested you because I really want to try this mod out. I tried it when it was bugged and I was loving it!

@cereal_comma - I am sorry the bug is made by the definitions of the new units design. :steamsad: I am not able to repair it. I have absolutely no experience with unit design and I have other priorities in mod making (CA bugs, buildings, new campaigns and start positions). Cause of this reported bug I made the:

A Germanic Pagan Overhaul - Beta (english only at the moment)

playable for my Steam Friends. You and everybody here can add me as a friend and play it then. The buildings are the same buildings. The new units have another design (without this bug) and they have the tame or similar abilities as the Nibelungs.

The Mod is playable for all germanic pagan factions (DLCs incl.) and everything is running fine. AI builds kingdoms. Please read the description of the mod!

@cereal_comma - yes I am sorry. I checked it from th view of the Longbeards and deleted the second army. They cannot raise a new one. And so AI also cannot. Tomorrow I am going to check all tables and think about it.

Hey, I'm really enjoying the new units, but I noticed that when I have this mod activated, the AI can't replace its generals or raise new armies. Has anyone else had this problem?

@maksk - thank you very much. I favourised your link. Maybe I need it sometimes. The units and units cards are not made by me. I have other priorities at the moment.
