Universal Cargo Unit Plus (UCU+), no mods

This is a modified version of Hull Breach's Universal Cargo Unit system. Changes:

• Both connectors now have a much lower default force, to stop full UCUs from crushing their own landing gears while connecting.
  
• UCU buttons are set to allow anyone to use them, to mitigate permissions issues.
  
• All blocks are hidden from the terminal and from the toolbar menu by default, to limit terminal spam when carrying multiple UCUs.
  
• The upper, transport-only connector is also hidden from the inventory by default, to limit inventory screen clutter when carrying UCUs.
  
• UCUs are now driven by a script rather than by groups, making the buttons on the UCU much more predictable when multiple UCUs are docked to a single carrier.
  
• The artificial mass blocks now automatically deactivate if the UCU is docked, carried, or locked to a ship.
  
• The UCU beacon now automatically displays the name of the UCU grid. To update the beacon, rename the UCU under the terminal's Info tab.
  
• The UCU now has a cargo manifest, displayed on both sides using MMaster's Automatic LCDs 2 script.
