Eastern Roman Empire Strong and Powerful!

Compatible with any other mods except startpos

This version is focused on making ERE stronger. WRE also benefits from traits but not as much and it's a perfect mod for WRE campaign actually so your ERE AI ally is not as weak as in vanilla.

This modification makes ERE stronger:
- Faction traits has been greatly improved
- ERE can recruit more variety of troops from a start
- Some technologies has already been researched
- Starting treasury has been changed for most of the factions in the game not just Rome.
- Eastern Rome starts with much more control in senate!
