Compatible with "Radious" and/or "Radious - Very Hard Campaign Overhaul"

This modification is a perfect WRE or Sassanids campaign

It makes ERE strong
- ERE can recruit more variety of units from the start of a campaign
- Faction traits has been slightly improved and WRE benefits from it too
- Some technologies has already been researched
- Starting treasury has been improved for some factions
- improves garrisons of all factions

Yeah its a lot. I have done it some time ago because my other mod hasnt been balanced as much.Ai was too agressive and WRE had no chance. So concider this mod slightly outdated because of that. I will adjust the number to more realistic but it could brake someones game. Because its in startpos. For now please use version where only faction traits are improved for Radious

with this mod have westrom 199000 at campaign start, when i play this. is that what you want? i thought with this mod i could only buff the eastern rome, when i play a wetsrom campaign

Can you please make a version that does not require Radious Total Units?
