Allows you to give the middle finger as White Heart, Hatsune Miku or Tracer

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Other-->Flip off

LeftMouseClick=Middle Finger (makes NPCs enemy towards you, nextbots will vanish)
RightMouseClick=Thumbs Up (makes NPCs friendly towards you)
Reload=Cross your arms (makes NPCs scared of you)
