Flying Tracked Submarine

Yes you read that right. It is a submarine that can also fly. And also has tracks to drive on land. The ultimate amphibious vehicle.

This vehicle has three seats but can be operated by a single person. A second person, operating from below-decks in the engineering officer's seat, would be ideal to monitor fuel flow/level/engine temp/etc.

Fully able to be refueled, the flying tracked submarine switches between modes in the cockpit/main cabin. Also comes equipped with multiple cameras, lights, and sensors. The biggest limitation is the small fuel storage capability.
