描述
A buoy to mark a path. At night a Red light allows you to recognize it.
It emits a signal on frequency 140.25
to recognize your buoy among the others, a keyboard allows you to give it a number and to be able to read it on frequency 140.25.

Do you mind if I use this slightly altered on my USCG Buoy Tender? I added the larger winch for deeper depth. Using the Red and Green on the buoy deck.

I had it running, but the light is not colored. Even in the editor. If you have discord, I can show you what I mean

It's working well for me. I think you forgot to start the Buoy (a breaker on the side)
