Kitsune Race Fluffy Tail Flag

描述
This mini-mod replaces the Kitsune Race's flag design.

Note: the flag emblem is supposed to be a yellow fox tail, taken directly from Kitsune Race's sprite set. Red or orange fox tail don't look quite as good on a blue flag, so I went with yellow, thinking that it can also double as a crescent moon... yet the yellow fox tail unintentionally turned out to resemble a banana. Sigh, oh well.
