Amphibious Rescue Vehicle Slug

The Slug is an amphibious rescue vehicle with lots of (I admit strange) features. Hybrid drive powers both the tracks and the water propulsion. Steering integrated into HOTAS seat so no need for clumsy independent braking. Medbay for four, large cargo capacity, two staterooms, and remote observation of both the interior and exterior as needed. This was more me messing around trying to develop something. I'm not happy with it, but also don't hate it so here it is.
