Once again it is a great mod, far more unique than I was expecting going in. I'm glad you're still working on this and will look forward to future updates. Definitely a mod to keep an eye on.

Some people get a little defensive, when most times if the person takes time to give feedback it means they like it and want it to gain more recognition.
As for balance, it's fine if you don't want to mess with it. It is your mod after all, not mine. It was just some suggestions and I fully respect whatever vision you have for it.
However, I was referring to minor reductions in knockback for shotguns. Too much would destroy the utility of the weapon since the damage it inflicts feels right, but the knockback felt a bit extreme to me and I noticed starting AI struggle against shotgun survivors early game.
As a human you can learn to flank the cone attack of the shotgun, but the AI? Not so much lol. This often gets them boxed in and lagging behind in the early game.
A lot of the balancing issues could be solved by reducing knockback on units a little, the biggest offender being the shotgun. Sometimes even the AI get boxed in if survivors spawn outside their base and it really is down to the shotgun. Basically, most of my issues came from knockback effects. That's why the Mech hero for PCC is a little out of whack, he has both melee and ranged knockback.
Otherwise the only real bug I encountered was the zombie faction being idle.
To finish up it's still a very good mod and you can see the passion that went into this. It just needs some adjusting.

The Zombie faction never seems to attack or build up forces in skirmish. Playing as them they're kind of weak until you get an upgrade, even then fumigators and shotgun/grenade units absolutely murder them.
The PCC faction is over-tuned. If you pick them you can dominate the map easily, against them...good luck, you'll need it. They can out-range anything and their Mech hero is too strong (knockback from range grenades and the melee stomp, sturdy and high dps with machine gun.)
I actually let the AI play as PCC team mate but I just watched. It took over the entire map with ease and crushed the other 2 AI with ease. The only trouble they had was with survivors blocking their base at game start, after that bump they never lost a single unit for the rest of the match.
