Submarine WIP

Issues with underwater "hovering" due to buoyancy mechanics, using active counter weight to 'solve' this problem.
Uncovered an issue with player weight not being included in the total weight when sitting in any chair.
Approximate range is about 7km with an average speed of 4m/s.
Maximum operation depth for tank expulsion pumps is approximately 200m.

settings for balance with player in any chair:-

Rear Tank = 50%
Left Tank = 28%
Right Tank = 28%
