Grappling Hook Rework

Features:
- The grappling hook isn't affected by gravity and when you press F then it flies straight.
- You can use S or Down Arrow to reel down yourself.
- You can use W or Up Arrow to reel up yourself.
- Press space to disable grapple.
- Works with Sky Islands mutator.
- No 5s Cooldown in Caverns.


You can speed up reeling:
- Hold L. Shift to reel 2x faster.
- Hold L. Control to reel 3x faster.
- Hold L. Shift + L. Control to reel 5x faster.


BONUS:
If you don't reel up/down and do L. Shift + F, then you aren't affected by gravitation.
It's easier to attach yourself to surface you want this way.
