**Request** Bloocobalt's HD Combine reskin

This reskins Combine to BlooCobalt's HD Combine. This is faithful to the original Valve Combine. The only thing that's changed much is that Zombine now is consistent (It used a pre-release Combine Soldier sheet and had an odd blood-less spot on the shoulder) and that Prison Shotgun Guard is more different than normal Prison Guard. This only reskins the materials, so probably should work with playermodels too (the models still keep colorable materials) and is compatible with Combine Soldier Melee Pack by JimTheCookie.
