Release Vassal as Tributary

描述
This is a simple mod that allows you to set a vassal free as a permanent tributary. You can't set free baron tier vassals. You can't set free de jure vassals of your religion. You must also have 200 Prestige and Majesty 4 if your capital is in Europe or Majesty 2 if it's outside of Europe. The conditions have been chosen to follow the logic of the decision to grant independence and the Establish Tributary State CB.

This mod is NOT compatible with achievements.

AI can only use this decision if it's either Kind or Charitable and even then the chance is 1% per year.

This mod is NOT compatible with achievements.

French, German, and Spanish localization for the mod exists, but was made with Google translate so it's likely bad.

And just in case you missed it the first two times: this mod is NOT compatible with achievements.

It's been nearly 2 years since I last updated the mod and I no longer have it installed, so I can't check. But my assumption would be that it doesn't need any DLC because it's a new decision and not modified DLC content.

Does this mod need a DLC? I cannot check it in the mod menu.

Found the mistake myself: I had bought the HorseLords ContantPack, instead of the DLC. Dont know how often this happened already...

Oh, and of course I`m independent and the vasalls are not de Jure...

Hey,
can anyone help? I`ve got majesty 4 as a country in Europe AND the HorseLords DLC. Still I dont see the option to turn a vasall into a tributary, I just can release them into Independence. What am I missing?
