It's been nearly 2 years since I last updated the mod and I no longer have it installed, so I can't check. But my assumption would be that it doesn't need any DLC because it's a new decision and not modified DLC content.

Does this mod need a DLC? I cannot check it in the mod menu.

Found the mistake myself: I had bought the HorseLords ContantPack, instead of the DLC. Dont know how often this happened already...

Hey,
can anyone help? I`ve got majesty 4 as a country in Europe AND the HorseLords DLC. Still I dont see the option to turn a vasall into a tributary, I just can release them into Independence. What am I missing?

I would advide making a condition that gives a slightly higher chance for AI to release and that is when he has many dangerous factions, this would be a smart time for AI to release a vassal as Tributary ;) not sure if you can program that condition but it would even help the AI not get rekt all the time

Updated the mod so the decision can only be used by independent rulers and you can't use it on yourself.

AGOT compatibility is possible, but I'll have to look into it.

Hey, I don't know if you're still working on this mod, but if you are, can you make it so that only independent rulers can choose to use this decision? Nothing is more annoying then trying to fulfill the "Completely control region X" only to discover that your vassal keeps releasing a random landed Jew whose county you've conquered fifteen times already.

Updated mod:
- Removed prestige cost of releasing vassals.
- Added opinion bonus for being released from vassalage.
- Added conditions for removing vassals to make the decision more consistent with granting independence and the Establish Tributary State CB.
