This mod is updated for 2.8.x
90 planetary and 20 coporation building slots + 8 districts support

I'm not good at design, so I couldn't fill those right emptiness.

pretty hard at this state. I am thinking to add some new techs to unlock extra slots.

@Estel on 3.0 i'm having trouble with displaying of the planetary features tab (with & without UI overhaul) 3840 x 2160 resolution.
