From the original mod, this version pares down the amount of production by changing the formula to:

• 0.1 Production baseline from each citizen
  
• Citizens yield an additional 0.015 Production for each additional citizen
  
• Citizens yield an additional 0.02 Production for each game era after the Ancient Era
